Whichever option you choose, we make it easy for your team to keep their bikes in top condition — helping reduce car travel, promote active lifestyles, and support greener commuting.
Workshops
Our workshops are all about giving you the confidence and skills to look after your own bike. Each month, we run friendly evening sessions focused on a different theme — from fixing punctures and adjusting brakes to tackling disc brake maintenance or changing cassettes.
Whether you’re new to bike mechanics or looking to build on what you know, there’s a session for you. You can also book time at one of our bike stands, either with the support of a mechanic or to work independently with access to our tools. It’s a great way to learn, share knowledge, and keep your bike in top shape.
Bike Parts & Refurbished Bike Sales
We have refurbished bikes for sale that have been kindly donated to us and repaired by our experienced mechanics.
We stock a small but essential range of bike parts to help keep you riding safely and comfortably. Whether you need new rim or disc brake pads, a fresh inner tube or tyre, or simple upgrades like new grips or a reliable bike lock, chances are we got it.
Pop in and see what we have! We’ll get you back on the road in no time.
Bike Hire - Coming soon!
Looking for a short-term bike rental to explore the local area? We got you covered!
We will soon be able to offer short-term bike hires, thanks for your patience as we set this up.
Kids' Bike Library
We want to offer children a chance to have bikes that grow with them as they grow.
At Reading Bike Hub, you can borrow a bike from our kids’ bike library for free. We ask for a donation of £40 or what you can afford. Then, return the bike when the kid(s) outgrow it.
We carry a range of bike sizes for children can swap for a bigger size as they grow.
The policy is common sense, if they have a growth spurt 2 weeks after the start of the loan, just come back down. If it’s been 2 years consider making another donation.
Repair Cafe - Coming November!
Don’t throw out broken items, bring them down to our repair cafes to get them fixed.
We will advertise what sort of items we’ll be able to repair.
Reading Library of Things - Coming November!
Our friends at Library of Things will be opening one day a week with access to some of their tools.
Check out their website for how to join and what you can borrow.
